Where do i get it ... i got expert from BB ... my fishing is at 225 ... where do i go

If your alliance, be lvl 40 and max level in fishing, once you meet the requirements, go to IF Fishing trainer and you get the quest to look for a guy in Dustwallow Marsh to get Artisan.
