I just want to say oooh boy, the SuperBowl came early for me!! I had a blast watching this.
This being a political assassination we wantted to remember it in a political way with a lot of cameras and press and of course the President.
Well Clearly what made this tragic event so tragic was because an Arizona Judge was murdered, I mean seriously, who gives a **** about that kid, not me... Maybe the parents if they survived but really this is about the judge. So they decide to make this a spectical for our entertainment and let me tell you they didn't dissappoint.
I would have to say the low point of the cerimony was the Presidents boring and dull speech.
But other than that, fantastic.
I loved the opening act of... "Stuttering Native American." Ballsy yes, but a winner. To the EAST where are visions come from, please bless us... from the SOUTH where humor comes... Humor is good and healing, but only when appropreate... and blah blah blah.
I would also like to acknowledge the dirge they played in the opening before Stuttering Indian came on... It reminded me of a rallying song, something like... Oh ya we ready to remember these f**ks. *BOOM BOOM* goes the drum, *CLACK CLACK* goes the symbol.
The cheering, the applauds, the Standing ovation for dead people... This is the way to remember someone... cause God knows they're dead so you got to BE LOUD!!!!
