yeah, but my point is, this is legal as far as i know...ive talked with him about another idea to get registers and he was fine with it.

though i admit the mistakes in the post i made could get me in trouble, ill accept any consequence he feels is necessary. in all honosty i didnt mean to say iphone and i thought you had to be an active member to be elegible for the contest...but ne ways

no, cheeze was literally scamming people, i was simply informing them of a contest they could win and offered my referal link

as i said though, i did make a mistake w/ the iphone thing, along with the 3 post thing, so if donny feels i deserve some sort of consequence, so be it, i wouldnt argue if he did.

not really, afterall, you tell them they can win a contest, and you ARE refering them to the site, so its only fair to give them the register link, thats what its there for..."referal link"

hell dig around on how peopel use referal links, thats basically waht they do...

You ARE allowed to ask strangers to register under your referral URL under 2 conditions:

1) It is not against the rules of the forum/whatever you're posting in.
2) It is clearly stated in your post that yes, it is for a contest and yes, it is a referral URL.
