I have made a plan for three of my chars so far. I am going to create a Paladin, a Sorc, and a Druid all of my special designs (well the Pally and Sorc will be original, but the Druid probably will be similar to others of his kind). I am not a rich guy, so I have about 0% of this stuff, but i like to have a plan/goal for the future.

Bandit: A Bandit character, according to me, is a character that has some sort of quick mode of transportation to retreat from opponents fast. This is needed due to the revenge-like motives that everyone else has against you when you steal their money. :goofy

Paladin
Type: Custom Charger Build (Bandit)
This is one of my Bandit characters. He focuses on a hit-and-run tactic with his charge and basically unlimited mana (*). This strategy is very useful against melee-only characters because they will never be able to catch you if you keep moving and knocking them back with charge. However, this strategy may not work well against characters with the ability to teleport or against characters like the poison nova Necro.

Items
I plan to focus on items that help with offence more then defence (with some exceptions).
Helm: Shako (socketed with 40%ed/48-144 poison dmg(?) jewel) - This I am not quite sure about. I am pretty sure that there is a better item for a charging Paladin, but I am not sure what it is.
Amulet: Mara's - My Paladin will probably need the +2 skills and the increased resists. I don't plan to use Highlords Wrath, because I don't need the increased attack speed due to charge.
Armor: I'm completely clueless here... Can someone suggest something?
Weapon1: Eth BotD zerker ~OR~ Famine zerker -
Which one of these would prove more useful for a charging Paladin of my type?
Shield1: Exile (knights Vortex Shield) ~OR~ Alma Negra - This one is between the defensive Exile and the offensive Alma Negra. Im leaning towards the Exile, because if I have a knights Vortex Shield, thats 51%-65% ed and I have the defiance from the Exile Runeword. So, which should I choose?
Weapon2: Call to Arms
Shield2: Lidless Wall
Gloves: Steelrend (with at least 50%+ ed) - Steelrend caught my attention due to its 30%-60% ed and 10% chance of crushing blow (does that stack with other % chances?). Do you think I should use something with life/mana steal?
Belt: Nosferatu's Coil - The 10% slow could be useful against opponents fleeing towards town, and it gives life steal.
Boots: Gore Rider - Well, I suppose that it is quite obvious why I chose this.
Rings: Raven Frost X2 - The cold damage from Raven Frosts are very useful for a Paladin like me. It will 'freeze' opponents when I use charge, so they can't get into town quickly. Should I use two or one and something else? Or no Raven Frosts at all?
Charms: Annihilius, Lion Branded Grand Charms X7 (with extra life/speed), Pestilent Small Charms of Anthrax X4, Red Small Charms of Vita X5 - I'm very rusty when it comes to picking charms.

Abilities
Strength: Around 185 - This high strength is needed to use some items (Steelrend requires 185 strength).
Dexterity: Around 210 - High Dexterity means more attack rating, so I can hit my opponents better with charge.
Vita: Around 150
Energy: Around 50 - I don't really need much mana due to the skills I am going to choose.

Skills
Combat Skills:
Smite - 1 (Prequisite for Charge)
Charge - 20 (Main Skill)

Offensive Auras:
Might - 20 (Each level in Might gives 20% more Charge damage)
Blessed Aim - 1 (prequisite for Fanat)
Concentration - 1 (prequisite for Fanat)
Fanatasism - 20 (More Damage)

Defensive Auras:
Prayer - 20 (This will give me quite a lot of healing when I use Meditation)
Clensing - 1 (Prequisite for Meditation)
Meditation - 20 (*)

* I chose this because at level 20, Meditation gives 775% faster mana recovery, while giving the healing power from Prayer. With this item plan, I should have around 1000% faster mana recovery and heal about 40 life every two seconds.

Sorc
Type: Custom Build (Bandit)
This is my second Bandit character. I plan to use a hit-and-run tactic as well, by using Thunder Storm and Teleport. However, this character maybe doomed vrs lightning immunes.

Items
Helm: Shako (socketed with a Lightning (when you die) Rainbow Facet - This is quite good for sorcs, due to the mana and life bonuses it gives. The +2 to all skills is useful.
Amulet: Mara's - This is also useful for sorcs. The +2 skills is useful and the resistances are very useful.
Armor: Ormus' Robes (With perfect lightning damage bonus and +3 to Thunder Storm)(Socketed with a Lightning (when you die) Rainbow Facet) - Very unlikely for me to get, but i believe that thats the best item for me.
Weapon1: Eschuta's Temper (With +20% lightning damage and +3 to sorc skills)(Socketed with a Lightning (When you die) Rainbow Facet - This item, I believe, is the best item for me.
Shield1: Lidless Wall (Socketed with a Lightning (when you die) Rainbow Facet) - Classic.
Weapon2: Call to Arms
Shield2: Lidless Wall
Gloves: Frostburn - This is the best I could think of.
Belt: Arachnid Mesh - +1 Skills is useful.
Boots: Silkweave - Best I could think of.
Rings: SoJ X2 - Very useful for Sorcs.
Charms: Sparking Grand Charm (with bonuses to life/speed) X10, Annihilius, Shimmering Small Charms of Vita X9

Abilities
Strength: 77 - 77 Strength is needed to use all my items.
Dexterity: 25 - Absolutly no points into Dexterity. I don't need any Dexterity for my items. Should I still put some there for extra block?
Vita: 400 - Quite a bit, isn't it?
Energy: 88 - That should be enough, no?

Skills
Cold Skills
Ice Bolt - 1 (prequisite for Chilling Armor)
Frozen Armor - 1 (prequisite for Chilling Armor)
Ice Blast - 1 (prequisite for Chilling Armor)
Shiver Armor - 1 (prequisite for Chilling Armor)
Chilling Armor - 20 (Extra Def)
Lightning Skills
Charged Bolt - 1 (prequisite for Thunder Storm and Energy Shield)
Static Field - 1 (prequisite for Thunder Storm)
Telekenisis - 1 (prequisite for Energy Shield)
Nova - 1 (prequisite for Thunder Storm)
Lightning - 1 (prequisite for Thunder Storm and Energy Shield)
Chain Lightning - 1 (prequisite for Thunder Storm and Energy Shield)
Teleport - 1 (very useful and prequisite for Energy Shield)
Thunder Storm - 20 (Main Skill)
Energy Shield - 20 (Allows me to live longer)
Lightning Mastery - 20 (More damage)
Fire Skills
Warmth - 17 (More Mana)

And here is my druid plan:

Druid
Type: Rabies Wolf
This Druid will focus on the rabies skill. This strategy caught my eye when I was in a dueling game with a rabies druid. One bite and the opponents died if they could not get into town.

Items
Helm: Jalals Mane (socketed with a Poison (when you die) Rainbow Facet - This item is useful for a Druid like me because it gives a total of +4 to Shape Shifting skills.
Amulet: Highlords Wrath - The inreased attack speed and deadly strike on this are useful as well.
Armor: Bramble Armor (with at least 40% poison damage increase)(Lacquered Plate with 500+ Defense) - Bramble armor is useful becaue it gives 25%-50% increased poison damage, which will help a lot with rabies. Also, the thorns aura is great for weakening the opponent while the poison drains their life.
Weapon1: BotD Zerker ~OR~ BotD Great Poleaxe - I plan to use the BotD Zerker if I decide to use a shield, but if I don't, then im using the Great Poleaxe.
Shield1: Storm Shield (If i use BotD Zerker (look above at 'Weapon1'))
Weapon2: Call to Arms
Shield2: Lidless Wall
Gloves: Soul Drainer - This one I am not sure on, but Soul Drainer is useful with its mana/life steal and -50 to enemy defense per hit.
Belt: Arachnid Mesh - The 10% slow is useful here and the +1 all skills is nice too.
Boots: Gore Riders
Rings: Raven Frost X2 - Cold damage is useful when the enemy is poisoned, because its harder to get to town.
Charms: Spiritual Grand Charm (with bonuses to life/speed) X10, Annihilius, Pestient Small Charms of Envy X2, Red Small Charms of Vita X7

Abilities
Strength: 208 - I require 208 Strength for the Bramble Armor.
Dexterity: 200 - More Dexterity means higher chance to hit.
Vita: 122
Energy: 50

Skills
Elemental Skills
Shape Shifting Skills
WareWolf - 20 (More attack rating and increased attack speed and prequisite for Rabies and Lycanthropy)
Lycanthropy - 20 (More life and Warewolf lasts longer)
Feral Rage - 1 (prequisite for Rabies)
Rabies - 20 (Main skill)
Fury - 6 (Secondary Attacking Skill)
Summoning Skills
Poison Creeper - 20 (18% more Rabies damage per level)
Oak Sage - 1 (Prequisite for Heart of Wolverine)
Heart of Wolverine - 20 (More attack rating and damage)

these ideas are interesting, but the fact that they are all "hit and run" basics causes a problem...

if your planning pvp:
all zons will kill you before you get close enough
all sorces will tele around and smack you, youll never stand a chance
pallies will mos tlikely run and bash u back (if there not hammerdins, if there hammerdins u wont get close enough)
all barbs will ww you before you get to hit
ass's on the other hand, u might stand a chance unless there traps
druids...elemental will beat ud own before u get close enough

now, the sorc idea sounsd like itll work, thats basically a method from 1.09 classic, TS + tele always pwned.

the pali will suck a$$ if you dont add some DS (deadly strike). use either death cleaver or rasor edge or doom beserker...and highlords would be a very nice choice for this build.....20% ds.
use storm shield...dont ask why
gloves...dracs are better than steelrends (life tap/+str)....rends are for barbs usually.
belt...slow is gay in duels...i suggest dungos (+15 dr dungos + ss = max dr)
ammy/rings....angelic combo, and some absorb sh!t when you need it... like dwarfs, ravens, rising sun, wisps....ect...(angelic for high deffensive characters.)
for helm you can lean toawards shako if you want...extra mana on a charger is always good, but i like coa.
valor is always a nice choice for melee palis (+skills and vita). or you can go with a noce deffense stone.

and your skills are all wrong...
max charge with all its synergies
max fanat
1 in all prequisites
NO PRAYER!

atributes
str- enough to equip item/gear
dex-125 with items
vita-rest
ene-base

also...dont forget to get 50% dammage reduce, max resists, and have enough dex for max block...think its like 125, and have 86 % faster hit recovery for the second to last BP...last one is 200 but thats pointless.

charms...use what you need.....fhr, resists, +skills (combat), life/mana...ect

Merc..act nm offense....
weap:
eth repers/eth bonehew/ebotd war spike/eth doom ect ect ect
armor:
eth valor/ eth stone
helm:
eth shako/whatever....

whatever you can find for him....doesnt matter...usually dies in duels

shoot for something like this and you will be good
ill double post for the other builds.....let everyone know in advance

I dont think you know what your doing when it comes to sorcs...everythig revolves around synergy bonuses....stick to one skill tree....
you didnt say what kind of sorc you were, looking at your gear im guessing lightning.

you listed some ok items...

eschutas is good
ormus is good (+ skills on lightning would be better)
griffons would be beter than shako for light sorc
maras or a good rare ammy is good
sojs is god
boots you can use anything basically...but there are beter options than silks...find some rare ones with resists and maybe some life mods....
gloves....mages
shield...you can use lidless is you need more fcr, or ss is you want...i wouldnt...then again i wouldnt make a pvp sorc either

skills
for a light sorc it would be something like this.
max lightning
max chain lightning
max light mastery
max charged bolt
then rest in nova
1 in warmth (all you need)
1 in prequisites

attributes
str-enough for gear/items
dex-i dont think you need any
vita-rest
ene-none..yes i said none

soocet items with what you need.... light facets are god options.

charms... light gcs with good mods.

i have to go right now.... maybe ill help some more later.
sry
