AOE III

I am sure most of you know about this.
I grew up in the Age games (I did not play myths because they were cheap rip offs) I would spend hours playing that game. My AOE CD is scratched more than my SC BW cds. I hope when it comes out that I will have the time to continue my quest of world control ;-p.
It looks as though this game will be released before SC2, and probably before Ghost. =\
I'll buy the game as a tide-me-over until either of the SC games came out. Then again, I did buy D2 for that, and I got boring after the 3-4 years of playing it. Dueling, there are only so many good games today.

But regardless, AOE III is awesome. Just look @ the graphics@!
And I guess I'll need to buy an uber good computer to play the game. lol

Let's just hope it's not another settlers... cool grafics but, not so cool game...(it ruined all that the original settlers created).
And let's just hope it is as chalenging as Rome: total realism

i read a short article in gamepro, basically, theres something like 8 different races, its time of imperalism and the native indians are a factor as a neutral race that helps your race become the dominating country in the world. Sounds like wc3...

Me neither! I can't wait for AOE III. It'll be my SC II fix, well, so was diablo2. And I don't play in that hood anymore. Oh well.

I'm sure they'll get to that in the future.

Personally, I really liked the original game. The sounds, the music, the graphics, and the simplicity of it all pwn the system. Many great hours invested into that game.

And what I've NEVER understood was how a strat in AOE has to be so different compared to SC:BW.... So interesting...
