5k+ fury damage
almost 15k poisnon dmg over 16 secs ( rabies )
pvp offcourse... maybe change the duress to enigma, or use a teleport staff on switch ( i prefer telport charges staff as the open wounds/ crushing blow %age will be much higher)

any good?

If you use Carrion wind, and don't spend any points in Poison Creeper, you gain a synergy bonus from that ring (something like the Marrowwalk's bug). So you can max heart of wolverine instead of wasting points in that skill.
