i can lift 50 lbs. with my legs as of last year. damn, i need muscles. but elbows are so much handier.......elbow person in stomach/foot, daze them for a couple seconds, then hit their spine with a heavy book straight on, that'll daze them more, then when they fall down kick them a couple times. it's not violence, it's self defense......

hmm, how much weight you can lift COULD be directly proportional to your actual weight. although...wait, no, he isn;t strong for his age....erm....never mind.

oh, my brother. he's not bad, i guess, considering he never works out. i mean, he's in shape. but.......you know? he's not fat, but he's not muscular. kind of a happy medium....actually, a rather morose medium, but still.

self defense to me is a stun gun and pepper spray but them are kinda violent
