Anyone else besides me notice this?

The Fallen throughout D2 are holding Hellfire torches(most of them) so why dont they drop it when they die?Blizz can't make their game 100% right i guess?

Good eye but I doubt its a hell fire torch.. And even if it is.. When the Fallens dies.. They fire dies.. Unless theres a command where you can take it from him.. Like a command where to you "Talk" To the NPC..

i thought the same thing when looking at a fallen after 1.11, it just shows blizz's ability to reuse small apparently unnoticable parts of the game.

they were holding those torches b4 blizz evan made the hellfire torch. so obviously its not the hellfire torch
and i remember they were holding it in 1.10.

How does Baal, Dioablo, MEph, and any bosses drop these awesome Item? I mean you dont see them wearing right? Certainly these must be heavey to burden on their back too...
