Anybody know of a way to help ease my sinus headaches?

I have a pretty big nose and let me just say that right now it is THROOOOOOOOBING from this ridiculous sinus infection that i have. Does anybody know of any at home ways to help clear out a stuffed up nose?

Boil a pot of water and grab a towel. Put the towel around your head and the boiling water and breathe in the steam.

word is if you get warm slightly salty water and run it through your sinuses it clears it out really well and will get rid of that shit in a day.
I think they make... giant eye dropper looking things that you can fill with the warm water and squirt intro your nose while hanging your head upside down, then let it soak in for a few minutes. and lift your head and let it run out.
