Any tutes for 3D transform in PS?

is there any tutorials or tips for 3D transforming in Photoshop? i have PS 7.0

no, at least i dunt think so, just go to

Filter > Render > 3d Transform

Make some squares, and Then grab the rotate tool, Twirl em around a bit and hit, OK
