Actually, I saw somewhere that it's bad to listen to music when you work out. Instead, your suppose to concentrate on what you are doing. You'll get stronger quicker that way.

something fast. punk or speed metal, or anything else thats fast. i notice an improvement in workouts i did back in the day when i was listening to something fast and with a beat easy to follow with.
