Any Clan Leaders/members in here?

Clan DoS_ is trying to have one impressive activity boost..we host clan tournys every week with a tourney point system.I am looking to cooperate with other clans to organize tournys and such between clans.

We have mostly all level of players..from complete newb to above-average players.The activity level in a clan is one of the most important thing..how many clans die after a month or 2?

This clan has been alive for something like 8 months..it was almost lost lately,but its comeing back with a vengeance...Contact me if you are interested or if you want to share your opinion or advice.

Ok well like posted in the advertissement thing on battleforums..you can come to channel clan dos_ for joining or discussing diplomacies between clan..if now one is there,you can whisper a message to the bot and i will contact you..or just post something here.

i'm in the (matx) clan. the leader is pretty powerfull (i could never beat him or resist to one of his attack) and no im no noob so i guess he IS very powerfull what do you think??

A powerfull leader is hard to explain...A leader must be able to make hard decisions..those decision migh not please the majority of clan sometimes and it can be devastating for the leader when he thinks back and regrets what he has done...I think when you make an important decision,you make sure its whats best,and after it has been done,you must not back off.A leader must be strong,comprehensive,patient,smart and have a very good sense of judgement.Note that i am not saying i have all those qualifications,but im still leader. I guess you can add devotion,strong will,charisma,optimism to a pefect leader. The former leader of my clan had most of these..and i look up tp him. 1 thing is for sure..leading a clan is not easy,its time consuming and frustrating....so i hope you know what you are doing

u want a powerful leader go find out about clan wait .... mind went blank o yes "sphere" clan is very very very good and look for a guy named axis(sphere) and mage(sphere and thunder (sphere) they are all very very very good!
