No, both you and your opponent have to use BWScanner in order for it to work correctly!

I wanted one where the other guy didn't need to use that program

And one that does not report the hacker, either.

Yes, we could use it on tourneys. unless hacks were allowed . I'd go for that tho. It looks like a decent program.
