Anti hack program

I am the sponsor of an tournament in the server Data.bg .I and a judge but i am not a administrator. In the tournament there will be no administrators. In that case i cant see who uses hacks who dosend use.Can someone help me and give me a detector or a program that see who is using hacks.If you can see for all hacks i will just need detector for the hacks aim hack and godmode.

I'm almost positive that it isn't possible to have a program like this. Also, godmode is patched, has been for a long time.

there is no way you could haev an "anti-hack" for auto aim, as its a client thing, it just clicks on the persons name for them =/ godmode is patched on battle.net if that is where your going to hold the tourny.
