Anti-Detection?

I was just wondering if the Anti-Detect from http://www.blizzhackers.3rror.com/Files/jhj's%20AntiDetection110_2_1b.zip really works and if it does, what does it block? Bots, maphack, other hacks? Just wondering.

i really have no clue =/ i never used them cause ive heard they dont do crap for you really...i could be wrong *shrugs*
