well, thats just a silly rumor. seiously, that's not true. I have been playing hc ever since the 1.10 patch came out (about 2 or 3 months ago) and the only reason i have seen that to be the case, is cause in hc you level up A LOT more, so you kill more things, and you get more items, and a chance at a better item... its not really true though, that rumor
