I get so annoyed when ethnic minorities form clicks...It pisses me the hell off
At michigan state university, there is a WHOLE FUCKING undergrad dormitory with only African americans and asians! lol, it turns into a rap video the moment you walk into it...

After moving to medical school i was hoping people would grow out of it. But no...The 6 asians in my med school class only hang out with each other. The indians/arabs also form groups. There are very few african americans so they have no choice but to mingle.

What are your thoughts on this? Do you also have clicks in your school or where you work?

Sounds like you're upset that you aren't included.

unfortunately, when i become friends with an arab or indian I automatically become part of their click. I try my best not to hang out w them but when I do, we roll by the dozen. The other day i went to eat sushi w them. It was 2 arabs and 7 indians...ALL MED STUDENTS...I joined them w 1 white girl and 1 indian dude (who isnt clicky at all)

you don't have to necessary treat it like a 'click', all you gotta do is mix it up. Afterall, you're all going to be doing similar things that require teamwork and communication between each other. It's not like they're gonna isolate you because you're "different" from them.

At least that's the way it is in Canada.
