are anni trades ever successful? or are they ALWAYS a scam?

btw, *skull_flayer is a scammer
he gets you angry after scamming you and says he'll post a convo you made and change it in photoshop to make it say you were hacking...

if anyone can... could they get back at him for me? and get me back my runes? but i know that's impossible so for all those out there, watch out for him.

Anni trades are mostly scams, i mean like 99% of the time. It's pretty much easy to scam and it always need someone to go outside the town, or even inside the town at certain places in act 2, they can grab it directly through the wall. Sorry but you can only find it or buy it on Ebay ><

And i seriously think battle.net don't give a **** about people sending screenshots that prove them hacking. There are like 3 in whole blizzard's diablo II industry working on the tech support, and imagin how many emails they get a day, they don't have time to check them all. And the best reason is that fake screenshots is the easiest thing to do.

that guy drops his anni on the floor while my frend drops his shako ...

while running to each other's items ... that guy pick his anni up and ran to pick my frend's shako ...

he guy got both ... n promptly exits the game ... leaving my frend
too stunned to react

Saying 1 scammer's name isn't going to help anyone. There are so many scammers out there that the chances of running into that one guy are slim.

Btw, your friend is stupid. You never ever trade for anni, just find it, it's not that hard to do.

Most of the time it's a scam yes. I trade them with my friends. That way I have some insurance as to get my Anni back if they steal it, and not get it stolen by some random player.



My friends find D clone a lot, so I've gotten a few free Anni's.

Hmm. Can you kill Dclone on your own? If so, do hell runs by your self, MF or ERxp, or whatever you want to do, and wait. That's what I do, and I've gotten 5 Anni's so far. I anm not saying it's a good way to do it, but It's the way I did it.

theres also mirc program..sees what servers are goin hot for dclone and it also can tell u what server # ur on..works for me.

I will have to try the mIRC way of doing it sometime. It seems easier then the way I do it, but yea. I think it looks interesting when you can just find a server out of nowhere that has Dclone on it. I will also try CloneHunter, maybe when I have time to play D2 again.

when i played ladder waaay back first season b4 i quit i had a legit trade. we did the in town out town trade thing. my soj his anni. during the whole time i was looking at his armor and ammy to make sure he ddin't switch to teleport. in the end it was a good trade, not to mention his anni was pretty good.
