How do you make animations? not like a feature film, but like a simple animation such as that in my avatar. (GIF)

You need to have the different .gif files. Then you put them together in a program like Adobe Image Ready (comes with Photoshop). I assume there are other programs out there that will animate an image.

It's aight. The annoying this, is you need to put all the .gifs in a folder, then under file, click like open folder or something like that. I couldn't figure that out for the life of me.
