It is, but you can't do it in the regular map editor (need special editors) and I believe the program that used to do it, Stardraft, doesn't work with the newer starcraft versions. You can do it though if you know how to dilly with mpq and exe stuff. If you do manage it though, you won't be able to run it over bnet, however.
