An addon displaying cooldown ends.

That is, a cooldown that tells me that my blink is ready, or my fireblast, cone of cold, etc.

Scrolling COmbat Text Cooldowns is one, what it does is impliments Cooldown Timers into your SCT, so when one finishes it will pop up on the screen..example
