Add uniques and sets

hi, i ve played the game a lot and i wanted now to create uniques and setitems and make monsters be able to drop them when kill them.
i use UDIE2 editor to make the items but
i dont know how to create my own sets
i dont know how to give items names
and most importantly
how to add them to the game (allowing me to find them through the game)

please help

1. I dont think it is possible to make you own sets, unless you edit the Hex. Then you can.
2. You cant add items to the actual game. (Almost positive)
3. To give an item a name, There should be a personalize option.
