Active X? driver help?

I don't know whats going on, I just installed WOW today and everything was fine, I loaded up the game and the screen went black, then it loaded the little hand (cursor) and then it crashes. It says somethign about active X and updateing drivers. I downloaded the active x it said (1.09c) and it still wont let me. Whats going on??? I have re installed it 3 times.

ouch sounds bad.. cant help u with that but have u made sure ur video card are up to date?

o ya and sometimes i get msgs sayin my active x and video card cant support game but i just re click my wow icon and Ding im on
