how to u get higher skills for example blessed hammer


Ps: I have the level but I didn't use one skill point yet could this be the problem ?

For example in order to activate blessed hammer do u need to get holy bolt first

Put skills on the pre-requisites that lead to the skills. To get a level 12 skill for example you must have the requried level 6 skills, and for a level 18 skill you need the level 12 pre-requisite. And so on and so forth until your at the skill you want.
