Does anyone know anyways to keep your account from being hacked?

i've never downloaded anything onto my char account....so would he be safe??? Also my cousin downloaded maphack onto the same comp for his char, does that effect anything?

he also downloaded some gay pointless thing that made all the NPC (i.e. Warriv) be able to indentify items. i was like wf? y did u do that and he said he didnt know, would that effect anything?

most d2hackit modules are clean unless he doesn't get them from a viable site (i.e. - BEST HACKS ON BNET HERE AT THIS SITE! GO GO GO)

also.. keyloggers are just little bitches that sit on your computer and wait for you to login to bnet. Diablo II has OBVIOUSLY been taken apart with a thread and dumptruck... so it's quite easy to find out when/where they are entering their information.

MousePad's MapHack is 90% clean most of the time... those D2Hackit Mods are ... eh 75%-ish if i had to guess... don't download unless you have the right programming knowledge (i would recommend the base of blizzards... or pentium's code...) or you feel trustworthy in someone on this site... or you feel trustworthy in your scanners... that's it.

Hacked? What most morons considered "being hacked" is when someone is giving their account away and they ask people to whisper them the new password they want. So stupidly, that person whispers their new password same as their current one. Scammer logs in their account, changes and then the dumb kid cries about "being hacked."

If you people are that stupid then you deserve it.
