A way to get a dupe method?

What if someone from battleforums (mod?) creates a paypal account that receives gifts from people. If we ask everyone to paypal 1 dollar to that account it should have about $20 or so (considering that not so many people will do it). Then that user could buy a dupe method at ebay (a relayable ebayer that refunds money if it doesn't work) and share it here (or only to those who donated atleast 1 $ something like that). Then we can all dupe for sure .
