Yes he definitely is. He needs to think his life over and actually have a cause in life maybe. He doesn't know when he should shut up or maybe he is trying to be mean to others because he thinks he is superior or because he is trying to make up for what he lacks. Either way it's bad. I don't really care about what he says some of the time because he usually has no point or he has a dumb point that everyone could have done without seeing because it makes him look dumber. I hope I never meet him for fear of what he is like in person. Probably not the brightest person. Oh well, I guess.
