A spell question here!!!

I made a new ultimate called impale how orginal lol and what it does is basically a more powerfull 1 level version of the cl's impale. The problem is the guy that uses this spell "Blizzard Man" is supposed to shoot up icicles from the ground not the cl's claws. So how would I go about fixing this?

Make a new model/skin. I could go into detail, but Ive forgotten alot about doing that.

O shit I have no clue how to do that lol. I've jsut gotten into making custom spells. And only know the basics.
