A question on Cresent Moon

Does the cresent moons "-35% to enemy lightning resistance" apply to lightning traps... it might be a stupid question, but when lightning traps etc. hit something does it count as your targets or as the lightning trap's target?

the reason it doesn't work is the same reason facets don't work: they count as minions.

Some people have more important matters to attend to and just respond to the first post. Thanks for telling me simpleforce, and @DDRaddict, yeah, thats what I was thinking it would be like since it doesn't list a damage under the character screen when the skill is selected.
