hey guys - i thought of something, but i need to know more how it works ...

heres the deal - 15% of damage taken goes to mana
does this mean that if you take 100 damage, then 60 of that damage is converted to mana .. henceforth taking away 60 mana?

or if you take 100 damage do you take the damage, and then 60 points (60% of 100) GO TO MANA?

if the first one is the case then:
najs plate has 60% of damage taken goes to mana .. pop an ith in it, and merc is almost invisible - mercs dont have mana, so its basically like taking the damage for nothing ...

please someone prove me wrong b.c thats too good to be true -
i just need to understand how the "% damage taken goes to mana" deal works

thanks alot guys!

Think logically, if they don't have mana, they would be taking full damage...

Example: When you use Energy shield, and ur mana goes to 0, your Sorc gets 100% damage...

bwhahahahaha!

the % goes to mana just means that you get some mana replenishing, like mana leech, except you're taking damage instead of dealing damage. if you have 15% damage goes to mana, and take 100 damage from a monster, 15 points will get added to your mana. it's not mana shield like for a sorc where mana takes the damage instead of your health.

it's useless for mercs since they don't use mana.

= invisible merc

(with ith'd najs plate)

invisible -- can't be seen

invincible -- can't be defeated

mercs need life leech, resistances and damage reduction.
