hi i want a mpq importer can anyone help me out i want it for to put in altered charecters please send me a link to one

You'll need this tip: Altered Characters or so you call them, do not work online unless everybody uses em.

WinMPQ can be used for compiling an MPQ. Then with MPQDraft you can run it from there, or make an EXE to play it with ease.

Google for MPQDraft, I can't find it, and at that point if you can't, I can host my copy of it.
