A moment of silence for our nations brave soldiers

I don't usually do this but I feel that this topic needs some recognition, and you know how hard it is for me to actually praise something. I would like to ask for a moment of silence for our brave soldiers whom have kept america as beatiful and properous as it is today. If it were not for them we would be in chains under the oppresion of another horrible nation. And god damn would that suck. While we are sitting here on our asses nice and comfortable don't forget the people that are fighting as we speak to make sure we will always live the great life we do. Thank you soldiers of the USA. If any of you have additional comments you would like to make feel free to do so.

I was actually about to post something about that tronga. I'm very saddened in all of this, I'm no patriot, but the loss of lives in all of this is just stupid, I mean, 200 lives just for being our ally? This is stickied for the brave people that have served in the Military for any country. Whether it be World War I, World War II, etc. Whether you care about it or not is irrelavent, as if it was not for these people most of us would be under an oppressive regime.

Korea was some what needed due to the Truman Doctrine (I think thats the one) That said any nation that ask for our help will recieve it. However I think it ended up being a waist of 58,000 people.
