A couple questions about the new patch 1.11

First question, is for 'Open' battle.NET. Is there a item editor that can make thoughs crazy items with the facets and stuff in them?

Second question, i had d2jsp for the 1.10 patch, if d2jsp makes a new one for 1.11, will it be posted here?

Third question, i found 'Terror' key on my first try finding these 'Keys' then i tried about 50 times on Summoner, and Nitilaks Temple, Is this normal?

yeah.. when 1.11 was realeased i found so many... and yeah 4 me summoner dropped 2 hate keys on 3 occasions... now its definately getting harder to find them.... ive seen so many posts with peeps having like 3-4 torches.. its only been like 10days since release for god sake... do ppl have a real life?
