What's the chance to find a 40/15 ias??

slim to none actually, hard to get both the prefix and suffix on it, cause you have to have it at a pretty high ilvl...

bio hazard i think you still got riped off. 40/15 drops like 1 outa every 1,000,000 hell mephisto runs with like over 500MF,
in US east ladder sc, it goes from 2-5 HRS

definitely. 40/15 is at least 3 hr, and as if you'd ever get it that cheap.

its not ios, its IAS, increased attack speed
