36 Ultras vs 36 Lurkers...

Me and Kao wanted to find out, so we did!

First we did 36vs36 NO techs, NOTHING!

Kao made his 36 lurkers and put them in a diamod formation thing. I made my 36 ultras and rushed... Lurker ownage, I killed 1 or 2. Facking splash!

Then we did 36vs36 all techs. Lurkers were in the same formation, I came from three sides... ULTRA OWNAGE! I roxxored his boxxors and had 9 left! He was like "WTF!? IT CANT BE!"

Near the end I was waiting for my melee weps to upgrade so I massed ovies Then Kao massed his ovies over my base. ><

Yeah, it was fun. I still think I would've won the second time If I had set my lurks up different. 3 sides of 2 rows x5 lurks each isn't enough.

Im thinking 120 lings vs 120 lings... see who comes out on top...

Firebats vs Ultralisks!

Firebats' attack is concussive, and, so, they do almost 0 damage to a fully upgraded ultralisk.

Firebat max = 120+ (splash plus stim, one test without medics, one test with)
Ultra max = 48 (wow, large, easily surrounded, can only attack one unit at a time)

I don't think you understand. Bats do like 25% of their damage to ultras. So fully upgraded bats do like less than 6 not counting armor ups for ultras.

As for the ultra/lurker thing, I think 36 ultras would destroy 36 lurkers, especially with detectors. If there were none, lurkers may get a few hits in and then ultras run away out of lurk range. Rememeber that lurks can only attack when burrowed so if ultras ran away(and I don't see why they would stick around), you would have to unburrow your lurks making them vulnerable to ultralisk so they would get creamed anyway. I might check the test, but it might bogus and a waste of time.
