290s in ladder?

I was told that they dont exist in ladder but I wanted to confirm this with you guys.

sure they have the possibility of dropping, but no.. they arent common at all. (thats what i think, i play NL)

i dont see how tehre can be 290s on ladder it started after the patch... therefore there cant be any hacked charms.... i dont play ladder so i dont know

I know a 290 sc can drop from baal, got 1 legit one left on a mule from 1.09 (keeping as souvenir along with legit meph-dropped soj's), so I would assume it can drop in ladder, if you're really lucky.

yes they do exsist on ladder probably about 10 of them, but there like gold there. On nl there used as curancy, but on ladder you could go broke trying to get just 1.

I know that a SMALL PSN DMG CHARM can have up to 390 psn/10 sec. My friend crafted one in 1.09. However I think a SPDC can have up to 420 psn/?, but not really sure on that.
