can these still be created? sorry if my question's stupid cause i haven't played since 1.09. and i just recently started up again. and can it be duped also?

- they were duped, so yes they can be duped
- they can only be duped if you actually know how to dupe
- the old 1.09 dupes of these charms can be found only on the non-ladder system of the realms.

dont know, but its called 290 or 290 spc or 290 psn charm. I have never herd of spcsc (concidering that would mean small posion charm small charm, that makes sence!)

sh1ft 313 is not the highest, my friend had a 330 (or higher, dont remember) jsut b4 1.10 hit, he traded, he is such an idiot, it probally still exists...he did alot of bad trades. "OMG, 1.10 IS COMMIN, I CAN GET CHEAP HACKED ITEMS!!" sigh..

the highest possible psn dmg on a sc is exactly 451... and yes they can still drop and you have best chance to find one at baal

Is there a poison cap? Like, my zon has 8x290's and I was curious if it capped at a certain ammount of poison damage.
