1.10, Pindle, and dupes

With patch 1.10 supposedly coming out this weekend (but this can apply to any time this patch comes out) what do you guys expect to happen to the accounts using Pindle bot? Do you think there will be some sort of mass banning around the time it comes out? What about your items? How many of you think some of your items you traded for, to dissapear. I hope the pindlers arent banned, and that my items stay intact(what did you expect me to want, "oh i hope my account gets deleted cause I sent packets to the server using pindle bot ohhhh"). What do you guys thinks gonna happen when this patch comes out?

Honestly, I think nothing is going to happen. I also believe the 1.10 patch won't come out this weekend..so Im not worried. Actually, Im hoping blizzard does mass deletion of hacked/duped items to even out the playfield alittle better. It's a joke that you have shmucks running around with 1000+damage ITH swords/axes thinking they're good. Pathetic

I hope the dupes get deleted too, I just hope my items arent deleted if theyre duped

if all of the dupes are deleted, well, there are going to be a lot of people complaining because they traded for dupes that no longer exist, while the person they traded with still has whatever item they paid for it. to help clarify this:

Andi trades with Suzi. Andi trades a duped Harlequin Crest for Suzi's legit 6 or so SoJs. Suzi however is unaware that the shako is duped. She holds on to it and it is her prized possession (and Andi keeps the SoJs, but that matters but a little bit). She has animated discussions with it often. Then along comes big ol' 1.10, deleting dupes across the country. Her dearest Shako is now gone, and Andi still has those SoJs. Suzi eventually slips into depression and commits suicide.

now, this is all hypothetical. this is only if the trader (read: duper) holds onto his stuff instead of trading it for other dupes. it's also only if the tradee (read: legit innocent) is horribly disturbed. *hey, it could happen!*

Bjorn, I agree to some extent, although I think we've all forgotten over time, that almost every single Soj is/was duped...if they weren't deleted in previous patches...why now?(dupes in general).

y'know...if you guys actually try to notice...no official statement of anything they said their gonna do within the 1.10 patch has been said..yet...ever...LOL....mayb like 1 little thing...like...their working on it...so no one knows when its coming out or whats inside the patch or what comes with it...so you guys = =)

well i only got 2 sojs at the moment and no iths, occy rings etc, so i wont loose much, and most of my gear is found by me or friends or things that people wouldnt bother duping
