I seriously don't think there is going to be, Blizz just announced it because they wanted to scare dupers and keep the motivation to play D2LoD because of the release of Wc3, I say is a conspiracy with Blizzard ;P

it has to come out some time and when it does it will change the game for ever. Many of people are going to loose most of their items and think there is no point of playing any longer, ive seen it happen before. If you think about it when the new patch comes out it will be funnier becuase you will actually have to play the game like its spose to be played just not get rushed to cow lvl and gain 40+ lvls in a short amount of time.

I heard there are only 2 people working on patch, cause blizz doesn't think its that big of deal to do, cause there working on some top ecret mission, maybe they coming out with diablo3 who knows, but yeah be paitent its coming and when it does my stuff is going on ebay and im quiting to go to wolfenstein, counter strike, and global ops

Ok, this might make you think. Before i got hacked 5 months ago, people were talking about 1.10 then. Everybody said " its coming out next tuesday!!!! " Well, that was 5 months ago... i wonder how many " next tuesday's " have passed since then..

Think of all the soj's that have been duped for so long.. all of them will be gone, plus as somebody has already said , most people will loose quite a few of their items. 1.9, next number? 2.0, 1.10 would be equal to 1.1, the zero doesnt stand for anything. I could put 9.10000000000000 and it still means 9.1...So the next version would be 2.0 or something besides zero in the hundreths place after the .9
